I’m going to the dentist. Today. Right now. I’m not stalling because I very much enjoy the dentist. My teeth are super perfect. Such perfection. You’re graced by them. Let me bite you. You will understand. Stalling? Pfft. I already told you I am doing no such thing. ...... I get the strange feeling that if UT Papyrus had poor dental hygiene, this would be his stalling tactics. Just go on and on about how unafraid of the dentist he is. But seriously. I’m going to the dentist. *cries*

there are two types of office jobs that suck (and I've had both)

Type A: everyone's always trying to point out what you do wrong, your boss always thinks you're not working, you have to come in even when you're on your deathbed and on Christmas' Eve

Type B: everyone looks like they came out of the bloody english course book, they only know how to smile, you have really long meetings where you're the only one who notices that nothing's happening, if you don't go to the afteroffice you're a pariah

Arbitrary Small Talk

I'm sorry, but it shouldn't be weird if I don't want to engage in arbitrary small talk with you. Some people just don't do small talk. They aren't being cold, they aren't being rude, they just don't feel the need to talk without purpose.

She's a staple of so many workplaces, that slightly grumpy, stressed out middle aged admin assistant. Not a role I ever aspired to in my dreams of what I would "be" when I was a "grown up" but somehow, without my permission I have become that person.
