Race 8 of 9 of the #TRUNCE with @tammygaines1, @running_recruiter, Dave, Wayne, Steve, Wendy, @vamplew80 and @squatfordonuts. 🗻 PB's all round tonight, tough run but perfect conditions, we planned ahead, for once got there early and really pushed each other to the max. Race 6 of 9 of the #TRUNCE with @tammygaines1, @squatfordonuts, @running_recruiter, @johnlaverick, Dave, Wayne, Steve and Wendy. 🗻 Gorgeous night for it but no PB's here ..... 24hrs after landing back from my hols slow and steady was in order.
