Gently slides over a blanket and pillow... also a cookie or two.
Octra’s gaze slid to the object placed next to her, chuckling lightly as a smile came to her lips.

“Oi, get out here; wouldn’t want to leave me hangin’, right?.”
Nero rapped his fist on Squirt’s door, trying to get her attention; her parents having been all too happy to let him in, as ever. She had apparently been held up in her room a while, and he was determined to fix that.
“We could always go get some sweets or something; I know how you enjoy that sometimes.”

“You already know what I’d say, you nerd.”
Nero patted his girlfriend’s shoulder with a grin.
“You’re gorgeous, Celeste. Nervous as all get out, but a real cutie.”
"Help! Somebody, help me!"
The sound of distress resonated throughout the Kettle, traveling through the corridors like an angry whirlwind. The half-blind Elite’s ears pricked at the noise, causing her head to turn. Who was up there?
She raised herself from her stool, quietly leaving her study to investigate. Swiftly was her stride and taut was her lips; ignoring any greetings or questions of Octarians and Octolings she passed.
There, at the entrance it rang louder in her ears.. the voice was familiar. Suddenly she flew out of the grate that separated her from the outside, sprinting into a full run toward the sound. She knew the voice all too well; the voice belonged to Squirt. She only hoped she would arrive in time.
