   HIS TONGUE FLICKERS; not one for taste, okay maybe a little one, but in DELIGHT.   it was about time someone took notice of his grandeur, his beauty and his charm!   although, they usually were too hypnotized, or screaming too loud to take a moment to realize how magnifience he was...  being FEARED however was a reward all his own.

   ❝ –     yes sss... i quite am.   ❞   his ego spiked, his eyes shone brilliant.   no hypnotism, the very polite human has made his regular day turn quite grand.

   ❝ –     my name is the one the monkeys whisper to their children, my eyes sss are moons in the night sss sky... ❞   oh dear, perhaps a bit too much of an ego boost, but can you blame him? it’s not often he gets a chance to boast.       ❝ –     there is sss no other sss snake than i!   I AM KAA. ❞

    John didn’t so much as flinch as the snake stared him down, quite familiar with such scaly companions. And while not all of them are so self praising, he is pleased to see an animal so confident in themselves. And what an excellent name as well.

    “A pleasure to meet you, Mister Kaa.” John said, removing his hat and bowing his head for a moment. 

    “My name is Doctor John Dolittle.”

he’s babey! give him a flower / accepting.

          it’s been a long couple days, to say the least. traversing the worlds and following his heart is no easy task – it’s only thanks to his friends that he can call it a piece’a cake! 

          but there’s no denying the faint, lazy ache of his shoulders from swinging around his keyblade. and there’s definitely no hiding the fact that they’ve covered less ground, now that it’s later in the day. donald’s a little further up the meadow, picking mushrooms for little chef, and sora’s been tapping at an ether chest for what feels like forever now. 

         it isn’t until he feels something thin slide down the shell of his ear that sora whirls around. peeking up to see the petals of a bright, large flower protruding, sora registers goofy’s the one who helped put it into place–and his nerves light up with new energy. it’s always like this… he should know that by now! there’s nothing the two other half-pints can’t do to make him smile, and feel like he’s capable of anything.

          even when anything means hiking for hours. they’re together, aren’t they?! there’s no reason to get swept up in the listless circles on this map. 

          goofy’s so thoughtful, sora thinks. in a way that he doesn’t get nearly enough credit for. and he cards a hand through his hair so it sits a little more comfortably against his ear, beaming. “aw, goofy! this is amazing!” 

         he turns back to the bush above the chest he’d been prodding, happy to find a couple flowers blooming above the potato plants.

         “i dub thee… captain of the royal knights, and all potato flowers!”

         he sticks the shorter stem right into goofy’s lapel, so it sticks like a badge might, but carefully… so it doesn’t poke him!

After snicking over the heartless wiping out two victims who came cross their path while leaning over an tree to watch the scene unfold he was unaware an snake had slimmer it way from the forest to his direction then nearly felt his heart beat out of his chest of hearing some hissing beneath his feet 

    “what the hell? who there ya best show yourself if you know what good for ya!!” calling out he glance around to see no person was near him but then glance at the ground to see an snake that was staring at him  “well well what do we have here?”  

bending down to they was eye to eye the cat start felt at ease being around the smaller creature which was rare on his case due to the fact the large animal never felt an vibe he was comfortable being with beside maleficent that is

Bagheera covers his eyes before swiping at the snake’s nose, batting him away from his mancub, once again.

“I’m sorry, Kaa. But I’ve made it very clear that the Mancub is NOT to be harmed! I cannot let you have him.”

      ✰—-Sora wouldn’t admit the VIBRATE in his legs that kept hm paralyzed against the tree trunk ; eyes fixed to the large slither of the serpent from the green. The boy swallowed hard, feet kicking him back until his back pressed flat and shoulders pinched themselves high against his cheeks. There was something about the eyes that just could look away, everything clamouring to tear himself from the IRIDESCENT GAZE.       ❝ W-who are you ? You’re not gonna ...eat me, are you ? ❞ The small squeak of his voice leapt from his chest, bracing himself into the tree with a small HICCUP of fear.

with a victorious fist raised in the air as he jumps, sora lands back on his feet with a grin.   “ nice going, kaa! ”   he’d fist bump or high five the snake if he could but --- without any limbs, that was kinda hard to do. so sora settles for loping an arm around where kaa’s neck would be, letting his keyblade disappear now that the danger was gone and the fight was over.  “ we totally wiped them! ”

“Troublesome pups of mine…? OH, Tunu and Weema… right. I’m sorry to hear that, but I’m sure they didn’t mean to disturb your nap… they probably didn’t even realize you were there.”

Jasiri felt a bit guilty, thinking that this could’ve been avoided had she kept a better eye on the pups. If she hadn’t sent them back to the clan already, she would’ve made them apologize. Once she got back to the clan herself, she would be sure to talk with the pups about this. For now, she’d have to find another way to make things right.

“I’d be more than happy to help you find a quieter spot; the Outlands has plenty of places where hardly anyone ever goes. You’d be able to sleep undisturbed.”
