My original notes on the Ogo design. My first drawing was to help the modelers get the volumes and contours of his body. His default lazy posture was important - the line of action is kind of a lazy S even though as the character developed he was much more energetic and hyper. Also note that Gart was still named Gort at this point in the production.

One more Ogo image! This was from the pitch bible at first he was going to wear headphones that weren't plugged into anything and we changed up the configuration of the face.
