In January 2023, I had a dream involving AW and Sebastian. I was not a participant. I was only an observer.
The setting was a vast, dark room. At its center stood a large incinerator. The only source of light came from the fire inside it. The glow illuminated Sebastian, AW, and another woman.
The other woman had green eyes, long dark ash brown hair, very fair skin, and was the same height as AW. She appeared younger, late twenties to early thirties.
A man appeared and addressed Sebastian directly. He told him a choice had to be made. If Sebastian chose the other woman, he would live a long, peaceful, and fulfilling life. If he chose AW, both of them would be cast into the incinerator.
Sebastian chose AW.
They were thrown into the fire together.
Though I remained outside the scene, the dream carried physical sensation. I felt the heat, smelled the burning air, and heard the screams. The other woman cried out to him, unable to intervene. AW held onto him, pulling him downward as he struggled to escape.
This was not symbolic in the way dreams usually are. It felt declarative. Like a warning rather than a metaphor.
