also oh my god i just figured out that i blast music into my ears to stop myself from thinking.
#blasting Don't Lie To Me by SugarVision after a not so good conversation with my dad made me realize a lot of things#like for the past couple of months everything feels like calm in a good way#like i could do anything and anxiety and fear wouldn't stop me and i'd be a little more productive#i haven't been wearing my earphones in a while cuz i didn't feel like even when i play music in the background#but then now as we both stormed out i had the urge to just wear my earphones which i haven't worn at least a month??!??!?#i figured it was probably because if i just feel the music#i don't have to think about that fight that makes me smad i had earlier!#oh god.......#psychology is training my brain#graynide says#im going to have to apologize to my dad to feel bettee#graynide posting
