gods most favoritest anon ever, back at it again. this time with some minor praise that absolutely could have been an ao3 comment but if i finished the fic i'd forget it.

im reading thru ur johnshi collection on ao3 again for the like trillionth time and i hit the last one in the series of linear johnshi and i just gotta say

a) amazing writing as always

b) the journalist in me is SO happy you got the way to write headlines, esp AP style compliantly, correct. referring to johnny as "cage", and the simple format of "[NOUN] [VERB]" is like. chefs kiss.

such a small thing but it sells it all together and i'm sure it was highly unintentional but AUGH such a teensy detail that has my entire heart.

i will say that that small detail was smth i did stew on for a while when it came accuracy vs comedy but i think i found a good middle ground 😅 there was a time i wanted to go into journalism but it's not my cup of tea anymore-- im glad someone caught it though!!
