FINALLY caught up to the gsgw manhwa. each chapter was so long and today was fairly busy so I was reading the manhwa between work.

just checked and the file I made for gsgw manhwa screenshots has reached 120 images... it was a good thing I held back from screenshotting every panel that caught my fancy if its this bad with some restraint...

my laptop is screaming from overload. I have gotten a dozen or so notifications regarding my full storage throughout the day.

(it is currently midnight for me though. I'll have to get up tomorrow and delete a bunch of useless stuff to make space for... all that.)

overall the manhwa was great. many parts went as I imagined, many exceeded my expectations and many defied them. I love love love all the choices that were made regarding the horror style and the comedy and everything.

I'm so pleased that the manhwa is moving at such a great pace. just 20 chapters deep and we've already covered many of the major arcs from the beginning. at this rate maybe I won't even have to wait till like 2029 to see hyunmoo 1 prosper.

I want to compare the rate at which the manhwa is covering the plot in terms of no. of novel chapters per manhwa chapter (or vice versa).

part of me still cannot believe the manhwa is real and out here. whenever I close the tab I'm reading it on I kind of stop and wonder 'wait, was that real or did I hallucinate it?'

I am losing my mind. I cannot wait to see this webtoon prosper.

Not me finally getting around to this ask on Oscars day! Sadly, no chapter 55 update just yet, anon. Rest assured that I am indeed working on it as we speak (while nursing a hangover). 🫡 I WILL be staying up to watch it tonight while writing, and I WILL no doubt suffer the consequences at work tomorrow. To quote chapter 52... why ARE award ceremonies always on a Sunday?!
