Laura's (altertheend)questions:
1. What is your biggest goal in life? To be happy? I'm not sure. This isn't something I've spent much time thinking about. 2. If money was no object, what would be your dream holiday? If time was also thrown in there, I'd spend a year on holiday trying to hit every continent. If money was no object, but usual vacation time of a week or so, my dream holiday would be some sort of foodie adventure in a city, with walking adventures in the mornings and the most ridiculous food at night. I would probably do this in New York City or Paris. 3. Do you have any names picked out for children in the future? Nope. I also don't really imagine any children in the future. 4. What is your favourite dinner? Khoroste karafs! 5. Favourite Disney character? Does it have to be a classic disney movie? If so, I really liked Jasmine as a child. 6. Who would you most compare yourself to? An overly talkative, shy four-year-old child. 8. What is your biggest accomplishment in life so far? A bachelor's degree? I feel like I haven't accomplished much, so I'm not sure what the biggest would be. I felt pretty accomplished after driving through fog for 5 hours, but I feel like that would be sort of a sad biggest accomplishment in life, and not really a means to some end, except for the part where I made it home for Thanksgiving. 9. Who is your idol? Overall? Probably my mom. I I don't really idolize too many people. 10. Best tumblr friends? If they're people I don't know from "real life" first, then probably Sam and Alicia, though I haven't talked to Alicia much this past year. And maybe Katie? I think that one's one-sided though. Can a friendship be one-sided? But some of my bestest friends are also on Tumblr, like markatch and Keri and this person and Evan. 11. Who is the most important person in your life and why? My mom, because she's my mom, a sister, and a best friend all rolled into one, which might not be the healthiest relationship to have with her, and I'm probably far more reliant on her than I should be at my age, but she's definitely the most important person in my life, and I'm finally realizing she can still be the most important person in my life without having to approve of all my decisions.
My questions:
1) How did you ring in the new year? 2) What was the best thing about 2013? 3) What are you most looking forward to in 2014? 4) If practicality was irrelevant, what would you do for your next birthday? 5) What makes you beautiful? 6) If someone handed you $500 and a round-trip plane ticket to anywhere, where would that plane ticket take you and what would you do there? 7) What was the last book you read? 8) What book do you want to read next? 9) Any magazine subscriptions? 10) What is the weather like right now?
