I saw your post about medieval food, do you have any links to resources abt medieval recipes?? it sounds like a fun thing to try!

In this version of the post (that does not show up in the post tags for some reason, thanks tumblr) I added some resources, the first link has a collection of many medieval recipe books! I am not sure how many of them are translated into modern english though.

If primary sources are not your things, there is also this cool YT channel, Tasting History with Max Miller who shows foods from different time periods, that is quite nice

🤥 LYING - are they good liars? do they have tells to show they're lying?

Good enough to trick their team into thinking they were gonna spare Paarthurnax! ;) But I would say Tei is pretty decent at lying if it comes down to it - they take advantage of the fact it's pretty hard to read their expression given the situation. Any tells would fall on their speech pattern, if they aren't careful. Tei's blunt and quick to the point, if they are overexplaining something those that know them will pick up on the fact they're lying through their teeth.

☕️ HOT BEVERAGE - do they prefer hot or cold drinks? what is their favourite drink?

Hot beverage enthusiast, especially since moving to Skyrim. Tei's 100% a coffee-fiend, importing the high quality blends from Hammerfell when funds allow it! They had to start moving towards decaf though.

🕷️ SPIDER - what is their biggest fear? do they have any irrational / mundane fears?

Involuntarily losing their soul/body is a big one for them, mostly popping up after dealing with Miraak. Tei also has a fear of Dwemer ruins due to an incident in their childhood leading to them losing their eye - they suck it up during jobs or dungeon dives but are 100% on high alert the whole time.

Which made the whole return to Dumzbthar thing a hot point for them. Tei disliked that ruin specifically for what happened prior and was ready to pummel poor Lucien to the ground after learning he lied to them. (Good thing Inigo was there)
