Oisemi hcs/ Oikawa x Semi

- Oikawa is big spoon

- Semi does most of the cooking because Oikawa would just insist on takeout instead of cook

- when they first met they were super rude to each other because neither one knew how to communicate with someone they found attractive

- they started dating in their third year and try to keep it hidden from their friends

!!! Another ship I haven’t thought about before! But also another one that has the potential to be really cute^^

They would start out kinda strained - for Oikawa it’s because Semi is another one of those super-talented people he won’t ever reach and for Semi it’s because Oikawa is kinda petty towards Ushijima. But when Shirabu replaces Semi, Oikawa suddenly gets curious about how someone less talented was able to take the starting position. Once he would get to know Semi’s unapologetically true-to-himself personality, he would definitely take a liking towards him. That in turn would finally give Semi the chance to see past Oikawa’s front, to discover his insecurities, and to get to know him properly. 

They could be good for each other! Semi occasionally needs someone to remind him that compromise isn’t bad and Oikawa needs someone to remind him that putting your goal over taking care of yourself is stupid. Plus, once again, setter talks... and they can complain to each other about their “annoying kouhai” lol

12. Who fell in love first?

Semi. He fell in love when he recognised Oikawa’s drive and passion for volleyball. But he also saw how much it wore him out. And he just had the feeling if he didn’t take care of him, who would. So his crush and eventual love, came from admiration towards another setter :3

13. Who said ‘I love you’ first?

Oikawa. He said it one time they were in an amusement park and was looking over those pictures from one of the rides. Semi had a ridiculous face and just (jokingly) said ‘wow, I love a weirdo’. Usually, such remarks would earn him some hot-headed comment, but Semi just looked at him with wide eyes and asked him if he was joking or not. Oikawa said it again after that, with 100% seriousness.

29. Who is the little/big spoon?

Oikawa is the taller one. So naturally he would usually be the big spoon. He also likes to play with Semi’s hair. But if he asks or has had a bad day; he will be the little spoon. They’re not too set on little spoon/big spoon, sometimes they just hold around each other while facing each other too. 

1.1 Do they have any nicknames for each other?

Well, they have a few. 

Semi learned from Iwaizumi and when they are joking around, Semi would say Trashykawa/Shittykawa or something in that manner. He also uses them when Oikawa is unreasonable. But he does call him baby once in a while, especially if Oikawa his distant and he wants to talk it out on him. But on a normal basis, he just calls him Tōru. If he wants to tease him, he calls him My neighbour ToTorō.

Oikawa calls him Eita-chan on a normal basis. But when he feels like Semi is fussing, he’ll calls him mom. It earns him a disgusted look, but he thinks it’s funny. If he is in a mood where he wants to tease his boyfriend, he calls him Semisemi (he learned from Tendō).
