The Anti-Virus Week! hahaha :D
We went to different offices to install antivirus in all the installed computers. Sometimes we have to reformat the computer since it was already corrupted and also to change the operating system. Sometimes we have to uninstall different programs before installing the antivirus. And as usual, we answered phone calls and assisted the employees in their technical problems. The common problems that were called to us were the printer problems, refilling the ink of a printer, problems in encoding, devices that are not working and computer that cannot be turned on. Those was just a simple problem but a great help to them since they are not that good in the technicalities of technology. It is also an experience to us to do that kind of work since we will have to encounter that everyday in the next few years.
