Concept: a vigilante style crime-fighter who's constantly at odds with the law; he lost his parents at a very young age, and uses this trauma to fuel his battles.
He also takes in orphans because he sees himself in them and trains them to be vigilante crime-fighters like him. People outside his inner circle usually only see a persona he puts on to protect his cause.
When fighting he uses tall heights, theatrics and unusual weaponry to get the drop in often powered foes. He's a commander and a tactical genius, a skilled interrogator and manipulator.
He has made out with one of his enemies, one who is morally grey and can sometimes be seen to fight on the side of good. Despite their shared affection, he tried to get this booty-call-enemy arrested because of his strict ideals.
He has an unusual and somewhat twisted moral compass; sometimes the only thing keeping him sane is his kids. He sticks fast to his beliefs even when they cause harm not only to him, but to his kids and to the people he claims to protect. This habit tends to be his downfall, and gets a lot of people hurt.
