Oklahoma tourist. July, 2021
I was hoping to get a better angle on that "donut" but it was not to be. July 2021
First image is not a typical storm drama photo, but I thought seeing two fronts at once was pretty cool. This was I-35 in OKC close to the turnpike heading north to see what I could catch well before I knew that sucker was going to come straight south in a few hours.* Second is a line of trucks riding out the incoming fury at a Loves outside of Guthrie.
*As of this writing, 39 hours later, I’m still without power at home.
Another perspective of the afternoon storm from earlier this week. This is what happens when you compulsively edit a photo, post it, and then go back and look at the collective hours or days later. If I were to choose only one from that day, this one would be it. Oh, well.
You caught that sunset last night, right?
Springtime entertainment in Oklahoma.
May the Fourth be with you.
Empty parking garage in theory. In reality, this was the day huge hail was on the menu, and lots of people were taking refuge in the stadium. It was just empty up top for obvious reasons. PS: Not that I’m salty on the matter, but I ended up relocating vehicles and covering plants for a rainbow.
