La spiritualità vissuta in modo individuale, senza fare proselitismo con minori e vicini di casa, non ha mai leso nessuno: è quando essa si organizza e diventa istituzione (cioè una setta, come quella ebraica o cattolica o islamica) a rappresentare un problema per la libertà individuale; la tolleranza a oltranza verso le religioni sta creando solo gravi danni nei Paesi in cui la politica fa entrare la religione fra i banchi parlamentari, non solo alle donne, non solo ai gay, ma anche al sesso maschile, perché non educa ad avere un rapporto sano con gli altri, da buoni Cittadini.
