Took my kitten for a walk in his favourite forest and found this old bottle with moss growing out of it and thought it was cool
Bonus picture of the scrimble himself, his name is Alvar and he is baby
An early Coca-Cola syrup container.
The last time I worked down at Home Farm, dejunking a shed, I found a five-gallon bucket full of old bottles. Mostly those distinctive, six-sided Heinz catsup bottles, but there was one more interesting one. "Caton Spring Water Co." Where the heck did it come from. Why did my father toss it in a five gallon bucket and stick it in a shed. Many questions, no answers.
Another question is, what WAS it about those old catsup bottles that no one could ever throw them away? When I dejunked my house, I found HUNDREDS of them in the basement. I don't know how Madeline and Earl could have ever eaten that much catsup, even in a whole lifetime.
