The Pilj Waterfall is the third highest waterfall in Serbia with 64 meters. It is located in southeast Serbia, about four kilometers south of the village of Topli Do in Stara Planina. It is located in a very rough and wooded area below the top Pilj (1,467 meters) at Piljski stream. Because of its remoteness was discovered only in 2002, and until then it was known only to locals.
Waterfall consists of two cascades "Gornji Pilj" (below) and "Donji Pilj '(higher). It is located at an altitude of about 1,450 meters. Waterfall at the bottom forms a large vortex.
