I KNOW ALL THIS PAIN DOES NOT BELONG HERE
gettin real apathetic
I was going to get up and work out, but I have to put that off till my sister gets here and unlocks my shoulder from the back and forth setting. So I guess I'll knock out this Syverson drabble that's been floating around my head.
It felt like drowning
and burning alive
at the same time
I had been broken
carved into and changed
not of my own accord
but I let it happen
It felt like being stripped
of my skin
and like seeing the light
for the first time
It felt like a dark room
no sense of direction
no glimpse of what was
or what could be
completely desolate
It felt like chaos
madness and confusion
liberating and lonely
empty space wating to be filled
Then all of the sudden
I was whole again
Rebuilt
with entirely new pieces I had collected
Out of nowhere
I could breathe
I could exist in any form
I desired
It was a garden
that took years to grow
but it felt like a light switch
quickly flipped on
Without even realizing it
I had healed
