Ever heard of the Black Shuck? It is a large ghostly black dog that is commonly considered to be an omen of death across the British Isles, however at times it has been known to help those that that meet it. I wonder how cute Black Shuck puppies are. 🖤

Black Shuck is a ghostly black do purported to haunt the countryside of East Anglia. It is described as possessing red, saucer-like, or sometimes only one eye. Its size has been given as anywhere from that of a large dog to a horse.
In some areas, including Essex, the appearance of Black Shuck is said to be an ill omen. It is said to most often roam along the coast, as well as crossroads, forests and graveyards.

The Black Shuck, level 8: -Basically like a hellhound -He hasn't hurt that many, normally only an omen of death. -A black ghost dog boi -Sometimes has a single blazing red eye in the middle of its head like a cyclops or it has two red eyes -There are some stories where he is a protector of lost travelers and will escort them home -Some speculate that he may be a hellhound because "One of the most notable reports of Black Shuck is of his appearance at the churches of Bungay and Blythburgh in Suffolk. On 4 August 1577, at Blythburgh, Black Shuck is said to have burst in through the doors of Holy Trinity Church to a clap of thunder. He ran up the nave, past a large congregation, killing a man and boy and causing the church steeple to collapse through the roof. As the dog left, he left scorch marks on the north door which can be seen at the church to this day" -Also known as: Old Shuck, Old Shock or just Shuck Encounter: You sense a being following you as you walk off the path. Given your research, you know this is the Black Shuck. By walking around in circles and frequently stopping and changing your speed, you are able to tire him into giving up. As he turns to walk away, you quickly throw a squeaky toy in his direction. This confuses him long enough for you to put a muzzle on. Once he calms down, you “catch” him.
