Old Team - Mastersystem

Draco is Silver’s family parasite. Silver and Draco used to all live together with her parents on a very successful ranch. However fate was unkind and a jealous neighbor became the Skullgirl and destroyed their home. Silver’s parents died that day, but her and Draco were saved by Annie. After that Silver was adamant about becoming Annie’s apprentice. Annie was reluctant at first cause she didn’t want to put a kid in danger, but they really had no where else to go so she let them tag along.

Silver is very childish and tends to get into trouble a lot. Shes overly obsessed with horses and cowboy stuff and wants to be like her dad who was a well known cowboy. She tries her best to be a good fighter like what Annie teaches, but she often runs into situations without thinking.

Draco is a boisterous flirt who just likes to have fun. Hes overly obsessed with his heritage even though ”””Rome”””  (whatever the Skullgirls equivalent is) had fallen centuries ago. He has poison plant based powers, with the poison golden apple being one of his major themes. He’s Sagan’s best friend and the two often have increasingly stupid hijinks together.

Draco and Silver see each other as annoying siblings and very often butt heads and wouldn’t hesitate to push one another off a cliff. They still do love each other deep down though, they are the only family they have left now.

Mastersystem - Old Team

This video is the new single from mastersystem, is taken from the album, Dance Music, which was released on the 6th April 2018, via Physical Education Recordings.

Mastersystem have released this single and video in memory of band member Scott Hutchison, who sadly took his own life on the 10th May 2018. Old Team was Scott’s favourite track from the album and all proceeds from the track are to be donated to the Scott Hutchison foundation.

Mastersystem are something of a supergroup, featuring Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison, his brother Grant Hutchison, joined by Editors / Minor Victories guitarist Justin Lockey, and his brother James Lockey. from  Minor Victories.

How to Be a Rockstar and Other Annoyances

I freaking love Harry, but his promo is driving me crazy right now. Like maybe I should be happy they didn’t turn kiwi into a babygate 3.0 clusterfuck, but seriously the way they’ve handled this touring business is such crap. 

That theater tour was such an obvious publicity stunt, so that they could say “Harry Styles sold out in seconds,” and also “Harry Styles live at the (insert historic rock theater here). It was a hassle to get on the verified fan list, get the sign on code, and then not even come close to a ticket. They knew he was too big for those venues. But it created a feeling of loss and panic in fans that would ensure they would freak and rush to buy the arena tickets as soon as they were available, no matter the cost. And now there’s more verifying, more special codes, and all to service the idea of what an in-demand authentic rock star Harry is. It’s a smart business move. But it’s so annoying.

Because when you write it on notebook paper, it’s more authentic! And Harry and Zach are back at it again! Aww! A big kitty with heart eyes to you both, but seriously, why don’t we let Harry record songs that are not about manic pixie dream la vida loca girls, and start really baring his soul?  

I just try to remind myself that Harry probably has very little to do with these decisions, just as he has little to do with pushing his image of a womanizing man slut.  I know branding and image is a part of the business, but when your “brand” is “authenticity,” it’s just too much.
