Old Clothes Challenge - Week 2
Down 5 lbs! The Wii Fit finally deemed me as "normal," she finally got it straight! Anyway, I'm feeling really good. I took a week off working out to take care of my super sick baby, and then of course I got sick. Now that we're all feeling better, I'm ready to get back into it!
Stats and Goals:
Current weight: 146/ goal weight: 130 (or until I can fit into my clothes, whatever comes first)
Food goals: Eat at least 2 clean meals per day, if not 3
Fitness goals: 2 yoga sessions per day (morning, night), 1 workout session per day
Monday: bodyweight
Tuesday: resistance band
Wednesday: kettle bell
Thursday: Wii Fit
Friday: bodyweight
Saturday: stroll with the babe
Sunday: stroll with the babe
I increased my workout time from 15 to 20 minutes and I'm working from there. I’m mainly looking for quick workouts I can do while my little one is sleeping or playing. I’m also looking for good workouts that I can do with her where she will stay entertained, which is difficult.
