It’s funny how well you think you know someone, having known them for many years! I’ve known this friend for some years and mainly know him from rugby! He went to Emanuel School and was even in the same house as me, although quite a few years after I left! He probably visited the Headmasters study almost as many time as me. I’ve played rugby at Old Emanuel with him, I’ve coached with him and even refereed him, (challenging) and he’s even appeared in Tatler! Well he has been offering to help with shopping over the last few months when we couldn’t get any online deliveries as many others kindly have. Lately he insisted on cooking some of his “culinary delights.” Well that had Sam worried and he said, “are you sure he can cook Dad!” He drove over last night, after work with some prepared meals he’d made and tonight I can confirm Conan is as good at cooking as he is in the bar, oops I mean on the field!
