Depends.

I think it could work nicely with someone who has their shit together.

The relationship could clearly benefits from someone with more life-experience and wisdom regarding life, relationships and trauma.

If that person were able to use their experience to remain patient and understanding with him while still respecting their own feelings and boundaries, it could be really healthy. They'd be able to preserve themselves through his tantrums while still making him accountable for his shit. So that's a yay in my book.
