oldest sibling problems - sister!addams!reader
NOTE: I realized that I haven't written for a sister!reader, so I decided to make one for the Addams family!
Also, I know that the show Wednesday is not on my masterlist, so that will be added soon!
About: You are the oldest sibling in the Addams family, and are heading off for college. However, the day before you leave, you and Wednesday have a heart to heart conversation.
warnings: pure fluff

"Alright, well, I'm going to finish packing and take an early night. I have a long flight to France tomorrow." You crossed the room and hugged your mother and father, then walked up the creaky stairs to your room.
Instead of packing, you sat on your bed and looked at your room. You were heading off to college. You couldn't believe it. You were going to college. In Paris! While you were excited, you were nervous, and (though you would never openly admit it to anyone outside your family), you would miss your siblings. As you stood up to finish packing clothes into your suitcase, a gentle knock nearly shot you out of your skin.
"Holy shi- um, come in!" You hurriedly stood up and brushed off your clothes, then sat back down on the bed as your door creaked open. Standing in the doorway was your younger sister Wednesday, in her black pyjamas.
"Hi." She said unemotionally.
You stare back.
"Hi. Need something?" You cock your head.
"Yes. I wanted to see if you had one of my shirts." She didn't move.
"You know I won't have one. I've gone through all my clothes. Trust me." You leaned against the doorframe, getting a bit nervous.
"Oh. Thats... right."
"Is there... something more you need, Wednesday?" You asked. You had known her long enough to know when she was lying. "Come on in."
She quietly made her way across the room to your bed, where she examined your suitcases carefully. "You have a lot of stuff."
"Yep. Going through it is hard, but I cannot wait to go thrifting in Paris! All the bookstores, cafes, new friends... hey, are you ok?"
Wednesday was looking into the distance. "I... I don't want you to leave for Paris."
You looked genuinely surprised. Wednesday had never shown any sadness toward your upcoming adventure, so you had no idea how she was really feeling.
"I... I didn't know that. I thought you didn't care. You seemed, indifferent to the whole thing."
Tears were welling up in your sisters' eyes. "I was acting that way because I was sad you were leaving. I like coming to your for advice, and with me going to boarding school soon, I don't know who I'm going to turn to."
Her facade had come fully down, and you gave her a side hug.
"Thankfully we have phones, and letters and postcards... it's not the same as seeing each other face to face, but I will always be your big sister."
Wednesday composed herself and sniffed. "Don't tell anyone about this. I need my big sister, not teasing about it."

This was short but hopefully sweet! I decided to give a softer side to Wednesday, as they are in private. Hopefully you like it!
