The baths were old, relics of an earlier time. Oh the enchantments were solid and the baths a comfortable delight, but they lacked the flash of modern public baths which meant they were far less frequented, especially at this time of night. He'd sold off the ill gotten gains of his lasted venture that morning in another city and was in need of relaxation. He drifted, letting his mind wander as he savored the heat of the water, not even noticing the alpha who entered.

Viv leaned back in her chair with a bored sigh. The place was full, the concert was supposed to start an hour ago and even so the band was yet to come out. “Whatever happened to punctuality?” She asked bitterly, followed by a sigh and a grimace. “God. I sound like my mom.”

He turned to his companion with a grin. “Sorry, I just get so excited when I can speak Spanish freely, it makes me feel at home.”
