While we're on the topic and people demanded happy headcanons, I think everyone at home would've loved Tydeus (except those he started a fight with, his relationship with his parents is complicated)
But out of everyone? His little brother loved him the most.
Tydeus is his big role model, wants to be like him, clings to him allll the time, even if he may end up being taller than him, he's his world and his protection from the dark and scary world of the adults and the grief lingering in their empty home and the tense politics
Tydeus tells him stories and wrestles with him and teaches him how to hold the sword and sits with him when he cries and shows him all the best spots to hide and climb and prank others
Olenias crawls into his bed at night and as a baby got quiet when Tydeus was around when the nurses and even his parents couldn't keep him quiet
When Diomedes was born Tydeus saw his brothers eyes in his son 😊 youre welcome
