Olive-sided Flycatcher (Contopus cooperi). Family Tyrannidae, order Passeriformes.
Folks if you keep track of how many bird species you've seen, never forget to go back and look through older photos once in a while. I'm very bad at identifying flycatchers to species, and thought this was a Least Flycatcher for years. Turns out its my lifer Olive-sided Flycatcher.

January 22, 2019 - Olive-sided Flycatcher (Contopus cooperi)
Breeding across much of Canada and the western United States, these flycatchers winter in parts of Central America and northern South America. They feed on flying insects, particularly bees, wasps, and winged ants, capturing them in short flights from high perches. They build open cup-shaped nests from twigs, rootlets, and lichens on horizontal tree branches, defending them aggressively. Females incubate the eggs alone but both parents feed the chicks. They are known for their song, often described as sounding like “Quick, three beers!”

Spent the weekend looking for banded olive-sided Flycatchers at the tippy top of New Hampshire. Spotted 4, but none with bands.

The olive-sided flycatcher says "three-beer"
But when I was told the mnemonic I heard it as "tree-beard," which works just as well with their song. So now whenever I hear one I imagine it's yelling for this dude:
