"An Unraveling Mind"

Something I drew a few years ago and the start of me getting back into drawing and finding my style.

Technically part of a larger project of interconnected drawings, but that idea became a little to grandiose for me to even consider it anymore 😅

Rockleap and Olivepatch!

Their mother, a loner, died after their birth right across the Shrikeclan border. Their clanmates never ended up telling them what happened but neither seemed to be too bothered by the mystery. Perhaps they came to that conclusion themselves.

Rockleap is very independent and slow to anger. Because of his confidence, he is able to adapt and overcome to just about anything that comes his way. He is also more outgoing than his sister.

Olivepatch loves to share her incredible knowledge and intuition with her clanmates. She is also quite particular about perfection. Shortly after becoming a warrior, she almost fractured part of her leg which left her unable to work for her clan for a good while.

"Deceitful Eyes"

Another project from a few years ago that was supposed to be #2 in my grand interconnected project.

Think I would potentially only revist this one to color in the more realistic snake, but otherwise I think it turned out well enough for the project.

Moons 42 - 55 | Important Notes

42- Littlespots apparently can't read the room because she decides to confess her love to Pantherlily one moon after his mate, Thunderrumble, dies.

43- Mysteriously, Littlespots is found dead near the GrouseClan border. Shrikestar hid the evidence of her suicide by deathberries as to not worry her clan.

Pantherlily, Oaksmoke, and Gravelmound take her death difficultly.

Later on, Cliffjump searches for herbs and stumbles upon her spirit. They talk briefly but Littlespots does not reveal what happened.

44-48- Shrikestar, Pantherlily, and Gravelmound no longer grieve over Littlespots. Shrikestar however, will forever live knowing how she truly died. Vinetail finds some red petals to give to Gravelmound to comfort him (they were her favorite color)

Boulderdusk survived an eagle attack but the wound didn't heal properly so she now has a scar on her belly

49- Rockleap rejects Riverwillow and most of the clan overheard what happened. It was awkward for everyone 😬

51- Tremblekestrel's tail got smashed by falling rocks while training along the cliff side

A kittypet named Splotch joins the clan. As an outdoor cat, he simply wanted to join out of pure interest. So far he has done well for the clan!

53- The Rat War has begun... an infestation of rats nearby camp have disrupted hunting... Vinetail was attacked by a group of rats while out hunting! Meanwhile, tremblekestrel's tail is swelling.

54- Rockleap is the next victim of the rat gang. The clan creates a new foolproof plan to eliminate the rats!

55- The Rat War has ended!

Everyone's rat bites have healed and Tremblekestrel's tail wound is healed, but it left a scar. Rock leaps rat bite on his foot left a small scar

Pantherlily and Cliffjump discover a dead mother and her kits being covered by snow. They bury them and pay their respects

Moons 57 - 63 | *important notes*

57- A kittypet named Tadpole begs the clan to raise her kits who she has named Posy and Ember. Oaksmoke claims them as her own despite her old age.

Unknowingly between the two, in one day at different times, Rockleap and Tremblekestrel admitted their feelings for Boulderdusk. She was quite bewildered to say the least and did not feel the same towards either cat.

Some time after this, Weedtuft secretly murders Olivepatch by making it seem like a fox attack. She would constantly do things to make his life difficult because she knew how sly he is and he couldn't stand it anymore. No one gets in his way...

A patrol finds a wandering kit who claims he was abandoned. Tremblekestrel adopts Blizzardkit, hoping that it'll help distract himself from grief.

58- Cavernshade catches yellowcough and Boneweb trips and slides down the cliffside, breaking his leg

59- Cliffjump got her paw stuck in a twoleg trap. Pantherlily and Tremblekestrel feel less grief.

Emberkit and Posykit become apprentices. Emberpaw is thrilled to start while Posypaw is angry that their mother couldn't be here with them

60- Cavernshade's sickness is gone and most of the clan has recovered from grief!

61- Silverpeak is a kittypet turned loner who kept a curious and distant eye on the clan. Now that hes older, he decided to join them as a outside POV mediator and help around the camp! cliffjumps mangled leg from the twoleg trap earlier is swollen. Boneweb's fractured leg infection is likely going to spread, so the medicine cats plan on what to do if thats the case…

62- Oaksmoke was found peacefully curled up dead in her nest. The whole clan is affected; especially her family. Boulderdusk begins to realize her hearing is not what it used to be. She now mentors Blizzardpaw.

63- Cliffjump and Boneweb's injuries heal, but they will be permanently marked with scars Cavernshade retires due to her aching old joints

It was hard to tell his mentor, but Blizzardpaw feels that the life of a medicine cat suits him better.

Moons 31 - 41 | Important Notes

31- Boneweb's rib has finally healed!

Gravelpaw finally finishes his warrior training and is now named Gravelmound!

34- Littlespots is officially the first Meditator of ShrikeClan!

A loner named Boulder joins the clan

35- Both Oaksmoke and Fidgetstripe retire to the elder's den.

An abandoned kit is found by a border patrol. He is named Rowankit!

36- Weedtuft, Sageleap, Riverwillow, and Gravelmound cross the river at the bottom of the clan's fissure to get to a great hunting spot. Suddenly a huge burst of water crashes into the patrol...

Weedtuft has bruises, Sageleap has a broken jaw, Riverwillow has running nose, and Gravelmound has a broken rib

37- Olivepatch confesses her feelings for Boneweb, and is not handling the rejection very well...

40- Tremblekestrel's foot was scarred but not injured by a bird swooping down on him

Thunderrumble survived a snake bite but still remains in the medicine den. Boneweb's rib is healed. Sageleap's jaw is healed, just slightly stiff.

Tremblekestrel and Olivepatch are now mates! Other cats feel that Olivepatch didn't give herself enough time to get over Boneweb.

Now that Rowanpaw is older, everyone realizes his lungs are weaker than the rest of the clan. He can't help his snoring and panting.

41-Rowanpaw dies from his lung issue. Thunderrumble is found dead in the medicine den from her snake bite.
