"Hideous" de Oliver Sim

Dans son titre "Hideous" Oliver Sim semble évoquer le VIH avec lequel il vit depuis ses 17 ans ainsi que de la difficulté d'aimer ou de se faire aimer avec cette maladie et de la souffrance que cela engendre. Le clip est incroyable avec ses nombreux masques portés par les personnages révélateurs selon moi d'une beauté cachée. L'apparition de Jimmy Somerville dans le clip donne une tonalité encore plus profonde au morceau. Pour conclure je dirai que le clip offre à la laideur, ("I'm ugly") une beauté inattendue...
