Adeliia Petrosian, competing as a neutral athlete, won the Skate to Milano. Anastasiia Gubanova of Georgia won the silver, and Loena Hendrickx of Belgium won the bronze.

Also qualifying were Viktoriia Safaonova, also competing as a neutral athlete, and Ruiyang Zhang of China.
