I think this is probably the best cup of coffee I have made in awhile and it is much needed this morning. I have really been fighting with my health since COVID, and add allergy season on top of newly started allergy shots - immunotherapy - that is creating all kinds of havoc 🤧🤧🤧 I have found myself in a desert. I decided to take this morning, since I can't teach due to throat issues, to reflect, meditate, pray and listen. I need to work on not just healing my body and my mind, but my heart and my spirit. This year has been exceedingly hard. I have let it get to me and bring me down.
