just realizing how much anxiety can hold a person back in having a normal life

normal like not second guessing

normal like talking to people

normal like not panicking all the freaking time over the dumbest things

normal like a normal freaking life

I feel so embarrassed with people calling me out on my insecurities and basically telling me I don’t have to feel that way that I don’t want to tell anyone anything anymore. I know they are just trying to help but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel kinda dumb for feeling like that.
