Very work husbands-y by the time of Omnihusbands and Ben 10K time, especially with Rooks promotion to Magistratus and Ben’s full time hero/quasi-political career as the wielder of the Omnitrix.

Lots of chit chat over paperwork, figuring out vacation times to see their parents and trying to stick to that, movie nights in to destress from their lives that always ends up with them asleep before the movie is halfway through— lotta domestic bliss. Some concessions tho— Ben has to mute his communicator every harvest festival and try not to stress too much about Earth the same way Rook does to not stress about the entire Plumbers, though Ben’s stress can be a lot worse (oh, hello 30-year old Ben 10K era) and Rook has to deal with Ben being more protective, not because they’re married, but because Rook is in charge now and he can’t be at his side in every battle anymore.

One that’d be more early and in the Omniboyfriends part of their lives would be Ben taking up Rook’s hobby/training in target practice. He’s already introducing him to Earth video games so he adds laser tag and paintball warfare to the mix, which Rook has a blast with. Cleaning the paint off his face is not enjoyable tho, the white was stained green in splatters around where his goggles were for days.
