incredibly late but happy new year! i finally finished off the last of the christmas trio aliens i was working on. this fellow here is Workshop, and might be my favourite of the trio design-wise.
Workshop, formerly known as Benelf, is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Hobbligobblish from the planet Yuul Gobbli. Unlocked by the Ben of Universe-2512, aptly dubbed "Christmas Ben". There are several things that make it different from the prime timeline, like Ben never unlocking Ditto or the events of the actual Christmas episode being replaced by the gang getting abducted into an abandoned halloween carnival-type place. The most notable change in this timeline is the presence of the Yuul System in place of Anur. This alien was unlocked relative to the same time as Blitzwolfer. In this timeline, Kai's town was seemingly overrun with "goblins" who only ever attacked during the night. Ben encountered them during the night where he was attacked & slowly developed more features of the goblin. It was later found out that the Omnitrix was just sampling the Hobbligobblish, unlocking Workshop as a permanent addition to Ben's arsenal... only he never really used him outside of this episode so he wouldn't actually do much else until Omniverse. uhhh
Workshop is best described as a mix of Ditto & Juryrigg. Workshop has an insanely high level of craftsmanship & can duplicate near-endlessly. This lets the alien act like a portable pit crew. Although unlike Juryrigg who focuses on larger, mech-like machines, Workshop focuses more on smaller-scale, toy-sized gadgets to be used maybe once or twice before being ditched. Workshop's 6 fingered hands & pointed nose work well for unscrewing bolts as well as being sharp enough to cut into soft materials & fight. His goggle-like eyes let him focus in on smaller details for fine-tuning his machines. He can move around relatively quickly thanks to his ice skate feet. He can even (sort of) glide to the ground by fluttering his three ears. Like with all Yuul aliens, Workshop too has a high resistance to temperatures low & high.
Workshop on-paper seems like a functionally better Juryrigg in almost every way, but this is far from true. Workshop cannot work at nearly the same speed as Juryrigg, and needs multiple clones to be working on a gadget that can only be used by one of them. This can also lead to infighting among clones. Ben's nature in general makes it so they'll argue over who actually needs to use the machine they made, often leading to it breaking before anyone can even use it. Workshop is the smallest of the Christmas aliens, only going up to 10 year old Ben's midsection. He's not a good choice for upclose combat as he can hardly dish out nor take damage well. Finally, he can only really move around by ice-skating. Ben has, on multiple occassions, forgotten this when he tries to run away. The skates can also make going uphill (or up anything for that matter) a little challenging.
This alien was also the only alien I made any concept art for. He was originally supposed to more closely resemble the elves we see in the original series, but I went for a more gangly alien-mosquito-thing look in the final design. I still kinda wish i incorporated some kind of link between the two in the final design. He was also originally gonna have elastic arms but I scrapped it because I felt like he had enough powers already.
This is my iteration of Ben's newest transformation Surge, from Iron117Prime's fanfiction crossover series, Avengers of the Multiverse- Clash of the Titans. DO NOT REPOST WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Surge is the DNA sample of the Electric Entity from the Sym-Bionic Titan episode, "A Family Crisis."
The exact name for the Entity's species is unkown, but it is suspected to be Mutraddi based as we have seen the indigenous lifeforms from Mutrad to be very diverse in terms of creatures.
Ben scanned this alien to help defeat the Sym-Bionic Goliath by draining the energy from Novex, a duplicate of Octus except he was made without emotions.
decided i'm doing a whole trio of christmas aliens to parallel the anur trio. since the last one replaced Frankenstrike, this one will replace Snare-oh. Slayride was unlocked on a farm when a "mutated reindeer" went rogue, broke free & caused carnage. Ben managed to unlock it, but wouldn't use it until he had to fight whatever i decide replaces Blitzwolfer. Ben 10K would use him once & wouldn't be seen again until Omniverse. anyways uhhhh alien info time:
Slayride, formerly known as Bendeer, is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Dolftaur from the planet Yuul Dolfur. Slayride is one of Ben's fastest aliens, capable of outrunning even the likes of Kineceleran. Slayride initially moves pretty slowly, but builds up exponential speed as he gets going. If he moves fast enough, Slayride can even run on the air giving the illusion of flight. His main weapon for attack are bright red laser beams that can be fired from his node-like nose & eyes. These beams can bend & curve mid-air, ensuring Slayride can always hit his target. A fun fact, in this timeline, Vilgax gets his laser vision from the ruler of Yuul Dolfur after conquering the planet. Like most aliens from the Yuul System, Slayride is well-equipped to deal with harsh temperatures. He also has impeccable vision, letting him see clearly through the thick fog & dimly-lit skies of his homeworld.
Slayride is not without fault though. Slayride is difficult to stop once he gets going & it gets harder for him to turn the faster he gets. In a lot of cases, he needs someone to guide him by tilting his horns. This leads to a lot of crashes & property damage. The horns can easily be exploited by others to stop him from running away. His laser beams can also be reflected back onto him via reflective surfaces like glass or water, or be absorbed by species who can absorb energy attacks.
a fan alien i made ages ago & redesigned recently called Headlight!
his original design can be found here. it's not terrible, but i feel like i can do better now. design-wise, he was initially based on the Gardeners from Gemini Home Entertainment. i wanted to give him a gangly, mildly unsettling design (at least by ben 10 standards) but i failed at that in the old design bcus he just looks fat & you can barely see the resemblance to a Gardener. I went in a totally different direction with this redesign by making him quadrupedal & making him more mammalian to tie into his namesake (that being "deer in the headlights"), as opposed to the more squidlike design i had initially.
His powers remain largely unchanged from before, with a few extra tweaks to it. He's a Bretziris from the planet of Fawn'n'yuh. Headlight's large, orb-like eye not only gives him powerful vision, but also a highly intimidating stare. Anyone caught in the beam of light that shines from Headlight's eye is rendered paralysed for as long as they are stared at. This light induces a passive hypnotic effect as well, compelling whoever is caught in the light to keep staring at Headlight's eye. It also seems to induce minor anxiety & paranoia in targets, as targets caught within the light exhibit reactions similar to what they would do if they were anxious, as if they'd been caught red-handed doing something they shouldn't have been doing. Headlight's tall, muscular build gives him a good degree of combat capability & agility. His eye also secretes a thin layer of lubricant to prevent eye damage, remove the need for blinking & inadvertantly making him immune to Corrupturas. His pitch-black body also seems to let him slip away seemlessly into the night.
As for weaknesses, Ben is unable to turn off the spotlight produced by Headlight, meaning anything he looks at is immediately frozen no matter what until he looks away, unable to distinguish between friend & foe. Headlight can't speak, only able to communicate in the native language of Bretziri which is comprised of guttural hums, neck movements, ground taps & the movement of their spotlight. Ben doesn't know how to speak this though, so he's left totally mute until he learns it. Headlight lacks dexterity due to his lack of real hands & thumbs. Finally, Headlight's light can be absorbed or phased through to make it obsolete. Reflecting it back on him won't do anything since he's immune to the lights effects, but it'll at least nullify it for the intended target.
merry christmas yall!!!! feeling particularly jolly today so i made a santa-themed alien! i know there's already a non-canon santa alien but i still wanted to make my own lol
i intended to do a whole christmas trio like how there's a trio of aliens for halloween, but i ended up just doing a santa one. partially inspired by the series SANDA that just recently finished airing which you should definitely check out........... maybe............. possibly.............
anywho, alien info dump time yahoo!!!!!!!:
St. Brick, formerly known as "Ben Claus" is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Kristosian from Yuul Kristos. In the universe where Ben unlocks this alien, an entirely seperate arc happens in place of the Ghostfreak Arc. St. Brick would replace Frankenstrike, with Dr. Viktor being replaced by some evil santa claus-type figure. Nothing super concrete story-wise, just that Ben gets christmas aliens instead of halloween ones. Either way, he uses St. Brick to beat the shit out of whoever replaces Zs'skayr (probably some grinch alien idk) & is then promptly forgotten about until Omniverse.
St. Brick is a relatively standard strength alien, with a few twists to him. He's about on-par with the likes of Four Arms & Frankenstrike. His body is made of a thick blubber that makes him nigh-impervious to heat & cold-based attacks. His beefy hands let him scale walls with ease. Despite his larger frame, St. Brick is incredibly nimble & rubbery. This lets him shrug off large physical attacks, squeeze through tight spaces & overall just move quickly. His real defining ability is his ability to detect lies. St. Brick has a sixth sense that lets him know when someone nearby is lying or telling the truth. This pairs well with the enhanced intelligence he has. Although, unlike Grey Matter or Brainstorm, St. Brick has high emotional intelligence rather than scientific. He also has 5 eyes, giving him a decent range of vision.
As for weaknesses, St. Brick has fairly low stamina, putting him just a little above aliens like Clockwork. He can't extend or stretch limbs willingly & needs to be pushed or pulled by outside sources. His squishiness does also have his limits & is prone to getting stuck in smaller spaces thinking he can make it through. Lastly, while not an issue anymore, the alien is pretty hard to take seriously. It's half the reason why Ben didn't use him all that much when he was 10 years old. He stopped caring around the time he was reunlocked, though.
here's an old fan-alien i made a few years back: Gnashers. i still liked him after all this time so i wanted to remake his design! there's a whole bunch of extra info under the cut so uhhh yeah click that
Gnashers was an alien I made when I was trying to replicate the artstyle of OS. I failed miserably but i did really like the idea I had so his design stuck with me for a while. I thought i'd try & remake him since I wasn't pleased with the original design. I dulled his colours & made him uglier to make him look like a cave dwelling freak. You can find his original design here.
Gnashers is a Milledentes from the planet Incisore: an underdeveloped, barren planet with intricate cave systems, freezing underwater lakes & trees that grow from the surface & branch underground. The Milledentes are considered sapient in the same way Vulpimancers are, in that they seem mindless but are actually quite calculated. Most live solitary lives, but never leave another member of the species the instant one is found. They've managed to quietly crawl to the top of their food chain thanks to their potent abilities.
Gnashers' main ability is to click his teeth together. He can click at specific frequencies to echolocate. One specific frequency was found to transmitt across & disrupt radio signals, allowing Ben to speak across radio without any equipment. Clicking with enough force can create low, bassy shockwaves that push back anything near him. His teeth are also incredibly powerful, capable of biting into stone. Gnashers also has an iron stomach. He might not be able to consume inorganic matter like Upchuck or Eatle, but he seems to have a strong tolerance to illness & poisons. He's also surprisingly dexterous & agile, which is needed desperately for survival against the hostile life of Incisore. His eyes have adapted better for seeing in the dark, giving him some pretty decent night vision.
As far as weaknesses go, the rest of his body is significantly weaker than his teeth. His eyes have adapted for the dark, meaning he's much more susceptible to bright lights & flashes. With how his eyes are positioned, he has a small blindspot right where his mouth is, hence why he relies on both sight & echolocation to fight. Gnashers ability to regulate body temperature is very poor since his species evolved to live in cold caves that don't experience any weather. Because of this, he may begin to feel ill in hotter climates which will dim his fighting capabilities.
a collection of shit relating to ben 10 ocs i made (including some stuff i never posted before)
Evelyn has 7 aliens, all of which are non-canon aliens. She's convinced herself she's the vessel for a thousand-year-old eldritch deity & names all her aliens as stuff she sees as "cool and intimidating". She's very eccentric & hyperactive, personality-wise, who tries to avoid her own issues & hides behind her more energetic personality.
Debra initially has no abilities but eventually discovers she's an anodite & begins fighting alongside Evelyn's aliens as "The Soul". Unlike in the prime timeline, becoming an Anodite strips Debbie of her emotions, making her apathetic & ironically soulless. Debbie herself is rather shy & nonconfrontational, lacking a lot of self-confidence.
NineNine is a villain Evelyn met a little before meeting Debra who eventually became Evie's closest friend. Initially a bounty hunter sent to kill Evelyn & steal the Omnitrix, he attempted to kill himself after failing to defeat her so he could die an honorable death by his own hands. Evelyn stopped him & eventually convinced him to put his skills to better use. NineNine acts almost like a bodyguard that secretly follows Evie around with camo tech built into his armour. He comes off as rather cold & distant given his bounty hunting experience. He & Evelyn teach each other English & Sotoraggian to try & close the language barrier between them. Debbie however has almost no way to understand him when he isn't speaking English.
Couple brief notes on Evelyn's transformations that I can remember:
The small planet on Reality's Ruler's chest was made in reference to Anglow from My Singing Monsters. It acts as a small personal pocket dimension for small storage.
Formless One & Bisected Mind are genderless, hence why they look relatively the same as Ben's version.
Mother Tongue is Evelyn's favourite transformation & has mouths where eyes should be. She also sees entirely in black & white from her eyebrow antenna. It's her favourite because of how versatile she finds her mind-control abilities.
On the flipside, her least favourite is Poisoned Soul because she hasn't found a way to make her nausea inducement "interesting". Also she finds it really gross. nevermind that her favourite alien is the morally-dubious, hypnotic, mouth-covered alien no the real problem is the one that makes people throw up
Evelyn's first transformation was Formless One. Given her demonic appearance, it's also the catalyst for Evelyn's beliefs that she's somehow related to demons.
a collection of 10 redesigns of non-canon aliens i did a while back. putting them all in one big post rather than 10 little other ones for convinience
below the cut is gonna be the descriptions i made for all the aliens so you don't scroll forever past this post & Get annoyed by it. you're welcome!!!
Thought it'd be funny to try & redesign one of the most goofy non-canon aliens on earth: Hotdawg. So here's my attempt to turn the fucking dancing hotdog alien into a semi-legitimate transformation.
Hotdawg is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Oscarmayerpod from the industrial desert planet, Gryl-Yus. Hotdawg changes Ben's personality to become more of a party animal, dude-bro type character. He always keeps his cool & is obsessed with music. He also gets on surprisingly well with Fistrick. Ben once turned into Hotdawg on accident when fighting with him & found out later that Hotdawg & Fistrick had a whole guys night out together.
Hotdawg's "absolute chillness" and fearlessness allows him to keep his composure under stressful or terrifying situations. This means he's able to think more clearly than anyone else when under pressure, and is often levelheaded even in life-threatening cases. His lack of fear also makes him immune to Toepick's face, although he does still find it quite disgusting to look at. Hotdawg's primary power though is to harness the power of "the funk". He can materialise an invisible air guitar at any moment that only he can make contact with. By playing various guitar riffs of his choosing, he can fire powerful energy from around himself. Depending on what he plays, his energy will come out in different ways. It can range from booming shockwaves, concussive blasts, hundreds of tiny homing projectiles, and if he shreds enough metal, a super destructive energy explosion.
Obviously, for his powers to work, Hotdawg has to actually play well. Messing up his notes can result in the energy backfiring & harming him instead. Hotdawg is also at the bottom of the food chain on Gryl-Yus, meaning there's hundreds of predators that could easily beat him in seconds. It's also pretty hard for him to be taken seriously, given his bizarre appearance, personality & powerset.
Turns out redesigning non-canon aliens is pretty fun, so i'm gonna keep doing this until I run out of ideas or until I get a full playlist of 10. Anyways, this time I've done a redesign of an unknown alien from the old flash game, Fuel Run. We know literally nothing about this guy & we don't even know what the rest of him looks like. I thought it'd be funny to make him just a head that kinda looks like a baseball, which led me to creating Strikeout.
Strikeout is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Stoolpoll. It is unknown as to where Stoolpolls even originate from as they are almost never in one place. The few that do slow down are unwilling to tell anyone.
Strikeout is the single fastest lifeform in the Omnitrix, easily being able to outpace XLR8 & Fasttrack given enough velocity. Strikeout can build up kinetic energy from moving. More specifically, being thrown. Building up enough allows him to fling himself forwards as a bright green comet. He can change directions if he finds himself going the wrong way as well. If he has enough open space & is thrown with enough velocity, he can travel between entire planets in a matter of minutes. Whenever he hits something in his "comet form", all of the kinetic energy built up will pack together & burst into an explosion, causing collateral damage to whoever is unfortunate enough to get hit.
As for weaknesses, his most glaring issue is that he needs a kickoff. He can't throw himself due to his lack of limbs so he has to use other people around him to be of any use. Stoolpolls are able to process information & their environments incredibly well, which makes them great at changing directions even when moving at supersonic speeds. These traits are learnt, however, and are not genetic in any way so Ben has trouble timing his turns properly, especially if going too fast. Strikeout also cannot slow himself down without being stopped by something else. Specific materials such as Leather can also "disarm" his explosion, so if you plan on fighting Strikeout be sure to bring a baseball glove.
Invincible is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Orgoconstruxshun from Mo-Drakk: a blueprint-looking planet that sits in the same solar system as Polyominus. Invincible's species are known to be great architects & are often hired throughout the galaxy to help with large-scale buildings. Orgoconstruxshuns seem to be a crucial part to the world of intergalactic architecture, helping build famous structures like the Incarcecon Intergalactic Detention Centre, Azmuth's Lab, and even help build Ben 10,000's Omni-Tower in the future.
Invincible is another one of Ben's shapeshifting aliens. Being made of an unknown blue, metallic substance, Invincible can shift his body around like it's water. Despite this fluidity, his body is actually very dense & heavy, giving him heightened strength & durability. Invincible gets his name from the fact that Orgoconstruxshuns lack most of their nervous system, with the only remains of it being their brains & eyes. As such, Invincible cannot feel anything, including any attacks that hit him. Thankfully he's already pretty durable, as most physical attacks don't even scratch him & lasers bounce right off his metal skin.
Invincible's lack of nerves is also his biggest weakness. He can't feel any sort of pain or tell when he's being attacked, nor can he tell when his own body is damaged without looking down at himself. Invincible's constructs have to make structural sense, as his body isn't a liquid like most of Ben's shapeshifters. For example, if he's going to extend his arms he needs to build support beams otherwise his arm will just fall off. Ben usually gets around this by just shapeshifting his hands into simple weapons, but that doesn't mean he never shapeshifts in other ways.
Unlike with Hotdawg, I tried to make his design more alien rather than embrace the goofiness of it. I mainly did this because I didn't want the two food aliens to just be humanoid food. Anyways here's all the info on the alien.
Slipup is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Musalyte from the oasis planet Magnus'Myk. Musalytes are one of many sapient species on the planet, but are the only ones to not be flora, they are instead molluscs. They're meant to look like the bananas that grow on Magnus'Myk, which is where their general colour scheme & larger size come from.
Slipup's primary ability is a pretty bizarre one. Musalytes can emit a very specific psychic pulse from their single eye. When it hits a living organism, their legs begin to feel like jelly & they lose all sense of balance they had, causing them to trip on nothing & fall over. This effect can last for at minimum, 5 seconds, & at maximum, a minute. Slipup also has three mouths that can travel along the lines of his outer skin, similar to an Ectonurite's eye. Slipup's body is mostly protected by a thin, fleshy shell that looks like a banana which protects most of his body from salt. He can also retract into it if nessecary. Musalytes do not possess any solid bone & most of their body is held up via cartillage, which allows Slipup to squeeze into tight crevices & under small gaps. Slipup can also camoflague as one of the bananas on his homeworld, but Ben has never done this since he's never needed to, has never been to Slipup's planet, and doesn't know about how Musalytes hunt.
Slipup is not an alien designed for combat. Since most of the prey on Magnus'Myk are on par with earth Mice strength-wise, he's not well adjusted to the strength that most of Ben's enemies have. His true body under his outer skin is extremely sensitive to salt, and just being near it can cause him extreme pain. Slipup is also very slow-moving, mainly due to his stubby legs.
Moyo is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Moyomoyo from the exo-planet Moyomo-Yomo. Moyomoyos are quite confusing creatures. They have gold-like flesh but still have hair, two right hands, chameleon-esque eyes and a strange language system, which makes using Moyo a bit more jarring for Ben compared to his other aliens.
Moyo's most obvious ability is his tail. It is semi-elastic in nature, fully prehensile & has a spinning axis on the end of it to rotate the shell-like structure on it's tip, letting him turn his tail into a fully-functioning yoyo. Aside from that, Moyo doesn't have much going for him. He's agile, evasive, has prehensile feet and his talons & teeth can leave a nasty mark. While it's not a particularly useful ability, Moyo can emit a unique, organ-like ringing sound from his ears. This is supposed to be a Moyomoyo mating call, but Ben more often than not uses it as a distress signal without catually knowing what it's meant to be. The noise isn't loud enough to be used as an attack.
Moyo's most notable weakness is his language barrier. Moyomoyos have very underdeveloped vocal cords, as they've only demonstrated sapience in the last 1,000 years. This means that Ben can only really say "Mo" and "Yo", which means Ben has to communicate in other ways if he wants to be understood. His smaller stature is also a pretty big weakness, as he's about the size of a human hand. Moyo's tail can also be grabbed & yanked by any of his enemies, leaving him basically immobile until he is let go.
Bob The Blob is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Adhesomorph from the constantly changing, gelatinous mass: Slœmœ. Adhesomorphs rarely ever leave Slœmœ because they are physically apart of it. The planet is made up of billions of Adhesomorphs all bunched together in a single body & mind. Any Adhesomorphs that leave begin to develop their own mind separate from the hivemind. Any that leave & try to rejoin the mass are rejected by it out of fear of tainting the hivemind with thoughts that aren't it's own, forcing them to glide aimlessly along the surface.
Bob, compared to other transformations, is pretty lackluster. His blobby body is very sticky & can cling to pretty much anything. Bob also has two brains that both possess the same mind, which let's him think faster than Ben normally can. Bob's most useful trait are his antenna. Adhesomorphs typically have very poor reflexes, so they developed antennae to help them detect danger long before it hits them, giving him enough time to react before it happens.
Bob's main weakness is his stick. He has no control over it & finds himself sticking to anything & everything that comes his way. He can unstick to things but it requires immense mental strength that is only truly possessed by Slœmœ. Bob cannot pick up on energy attacks that come his way. Bob also can't react fast enough if an attack changed midway through is slow reaction. Ben is also not allowed to join Slœmœ's hivemind, out f fear that Ben's heroism might taint Slœmœ's ideals.
Antigravitesla is the Omnitrix's DNA samples of a Nikolyte Major & Minor from the two planets of Neuwtrus Major & Minor. The Neuwtrus System is one of the most strange solar systems in all of the Milky Way. It is comprised of a red sun & two identical blue planets that, through some genetic miracle, produced the exact same species twice with very minor genetic differences. Since these are technically separate species and are NOT counted as subspecies of one another, Ben has two transformation slots dedicated to Antigravitesla, nicknamed Major-Tesla & Minor-Tesla. Major was unlocked in the same playlist as Lodestar in AF & Minor was unlocked by Ben 10,000 in Ben 10,000 Returns. Ben didn't notice this until he scrolled past Antigravitesla twice while trying to pick a different alien.
Neither Major nor Minor-Tesla have an advantage over the other; they look the same, sound the same & have the same powers. Antigravitesla can alter his own personal gravity, letting him fly around in zero-g or fling himself in a single direction. He also changes the gravity of whatever he's touching when he alters it. Other than that, Tesla has electroreception, slightly enhanced intelligence & durability on-par with a Tetramand.
Tesla's main weakpoint is his lack of control. Whenever Ben "activates" his altered gravity, he has little to no idea what he's changed, which can lead to a boat-load of problems. Tesla is also only as strong as the average human, despite his immense durability.
Plantapocalypse is the Omnitrixs DNA sample of a Herbus Annihiurtus from Magnus'Myk, the same planet as the alien, Slipup. Herbus are the absolute top predators of their planet. Few of them are actually on the planet however, due to them being hunted to near extinction because of the threat just one of them poses. The few that are alive live thousands of feet underground, only returning to the surface to feed on whatever they can get their roots on. Most of them drift around the Galaxy causing absolute chaos wherever they go. They're classed as an "intergalactic plague" because of the planets they've destroyed, the millions they've killed & the billions of taydens lost at the cause of their overeating. By the time Ben becomes Ben 10,000 the species is classed as extinct, with the only remnant of the species left stemming from Plantapocalypse.
Plantapocalypse can consume any & all matter thanks to his hyper-advanced digestive tract & incredibly high metabolism. Consuming matter lets him grow in size, which is his most devastating trait. His size growth has an absolute limit of 829, 416,562 square miles, which means that Ben could grow large enough to completely envelop a planet given enough food. Once he exceeds a million square miles, he can "fertilise the world" by forcing thousands of Herbus to grow inside his stomach. This process kills the Herbus that does this, so the Omnitrix doesn't allow him to do this.
Plantapocalypse is one of Ben's aliens that changes his personality, but it is by no means for the better. The moment Ben becomes Plantapocalypse, all he can think about is eating. He cannot restrain his hunger without immense mental strength that not even the likes of Vilgax or Aggregor possess. As such Plantapocalypse is one of the most destructive aliens in Ben's arsenal, which means that Ben only ever uses him if he absolutely must or if he mistransforms into him. Ben's first use of Plantapocalypse caused him to fear using the alien for almost a year because he had nearly destroyed an alien planet & almost killed his friends had he not been turned back by Azmuth, who expressed shock that such an alien was even in the Omnitrix Database.
This is one of the more drastic redesigns i've made. I have no problems with the actual Ventrilosquid design, but I wanted to add a bit of my own flare to it like the more squid-like shape & asymetrical hands.
Ventrilosquid is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Marionautus from the oceanic planet of J'Henshuun. Marionautus are a pretty mysterious species, so we can't exactly give any information on them. They're not particularly easy to find either, so interviewing one is a challenge. Either way, Ben's transformation of Ventrilosquid has helped the Galaxy better understand these strange organisms.
Ventrilosquid's main ability to puppeteer another beings body & control it. Whenever Ventrilosquid locks eyes with anyone, they "forfeit their body" to him which lets him control their movements. His left hand is used to control limb movements & for generally moving the body around, whereas his right hand is used for mouth movements & voice mimicing. Once Ventrilosquid makes eye contact with his puppet again, he instantly gives control back to them. Whoever he's controlling is fully conscious & aware that they aren't in control, so it can often leave Ventrilosquid's "puppets" confused or angry about what just happened. Aside from his puppeteering, he's boneless, pretty slippery & can actually blend into his surroundings to remain hidden.
Ventrilosquid needs to make eye contact with whoever he's controlling to actually get control, meaning if he can't see their eyes (or if they don't have any eyes) then he can't control them. Ventrilosquid moves around in a similar fashion to how a Muppet would. This doesn't sound too bad, but it does affect how he controls his puppets, since they'll move in the same way. This can be a giveaway that something is wrong with whoever he's controlling. Ventrilosquid also can't actually speak from his puppet. He has to mimic their voice & make it sound like it's coming from them. Without anyone to control, Ventrilosquid is pretty weak & pathetic on his own, so he's got to rely on his puppets for battle.
and FINALLY...
Showtime is an Omnitrix Transformation. It is not a sample of any known creature in the Ben 10 Universe, as Showtime is above Ben's perceivable reality.
Showtime completely changes Ben's personality to be not even close to his own, almost as if he's a different person entirely. He keeps talking about "ratings" and treats everyone around him as if they're characters & not real people. Showtime has "Hammerspace", according to him, which lets him pull literally anything from out behind him even if it's much larger than himself. Showtime has very elastic & malleable properties, which lets him stretch & warp around attacks to avoid them. Showtime's most interesting ability is his presence. His own existence is above everyone elses, which lets him see the fourth wall, break it & manipulate it to his whim. This lets him can warp reality based on the camera perspective and become fully aware of the audience watching him.
Showtime only cares about "ratings", "what is good for the show" or what he thinks would be funny, so he will sometimes intentionally lose fights to make people more invested, or make it look like he's losing to draw suspense. Showtime cannot directly interact with our reality and is very annoyed about it. Showtime can also only produce objects from his Hammerspace if they have appeared in another CN show before. Most of Showtime's actions break the continuity of his show. This isn't a direct physical weakness, but it annoys his "adoring fans" and he wants to "have the most fans out of all of Ben's transformations". Showtime is also destined to never be understood by anyone, as no one else can understand concepts like "the fourth wall" and "continuity", not even the likes of Celestialsapiens or Professor Paradox.
