If they're not specifically asking "What are your good qualities." focus on your experiences. I wrote mine on Alexander Hamilton and how he's inspiring because writing about why I find other people cool was easy and it got me into every school

Oh yuck, I remember that. (I sound so grown-up :P it was just last spring). I had the exact same problem and my mom said to remember THEY ASKED. They aren't looking to take you down, they really want to know what your good qualities are.
