this song is so fucking weird compositionally like. it can be best described as a G# melodic minor (natural F and G for a brighter upper 6 and 7 intervals) but like. like. it all centers on its 2nd interval, the A#. what a fucking weird song but it's such a bop

So sad right now. A ttrpg song video got recommended to me on YouTube. Good song concept, kind of fun. But I was like "that art seems weird." And "their release schedule for music is twice a week?"
Yeah, AI. The responses indicated that the lyrics were written by a person and that person edited the music created by the AI. But it just makes me so sad. Used to be people who wanted to make things like this would seek out similar people with complementary skills and form bands and communities and play at ren fairs and get small but dedicated online followings from around the world. I sound so old, but it's about community. It's about creating connections. It's about creating with other people. Now it's one person in a room with a computer.
I'm just so sad about this.
