Rotating Goal List!

Keep yourself on track with a goal list. 

It can be really helpful to have a constant reminder of your weekly objectives. Put it somewhere you will see everyday, like the refrigerator. 

It’s more visual then a regular to-do list and the post-it notes are easy to change out as you accomplish your tasks.
