There are plenty of older veteran larries who say shit like this and over theorize and over investigate. Larries who were the most toxic were in the early days. Why do newer fans always seem to catch all the flack in this fandom. As if being older instantly confers upon a person some golden glow of wisdom and enlightenment . (It doesn't)

It has nothing to do with age. People who were here years ago are often still young now. What that anon meant (which I think you know very well) is that there are a lot of newer fans—both old, and young—who behave stupidly.

And of course there are some people who’ve been here a long time who pull some bullshit out of their asses from time to time.

If you can’t realize that a generalization is just that without me having to point it out every fucking time someone sends an anon, then I don’t know how to help you. Maybe stop checking my blog.

A thing about Eurodance we have to remember – this is a genre that seems to be taking an enormous amount of piss. I mean, you can never be sure how serious the musicians here were, but you cannot deny the results were interesting to say the least. For instance, the tune on the link – I intentionally posted the bowdlerized version, because that one make the whole thing even funnier – seems to be like a joke with a punchline we heard before, though the beat and the vocals are quite good. While they’re not technically perfect, they get us on the dance floors. Of course, the group is from Chicago, so I guess I can say the whole thing feels like a house party hijacked by a prank caller that likes to repeat his puns way too much.
