Let me start this post by applauding everyone who completed the recent Run United Philippine Marathon!  Congratulations!  Here’s my look back on this event that brought me back to running a full marathon after more than three years of hiatus!

BEFORE THE PARTY

Hannah and I went to Reese’s house in the morning to get ready for the party. Haven’t hung out with Reese in sooo long, and I’m glad to know that she’s still the same crazy and madaldal girl, just how she was in high school, although more mature. Haha

When we arrived at the venue (2nd & 3rd photo), I was happy to see a lot of my batch mates from “Beda High” (lol, that’s how they call it. It sounds kinda weird. Watevs), most of whom I haven’t seen/been in touch with since our graduation ball! 

Migs!!! There was this one night, I received a very random phone call from this guy while he was in Tagaytay just because, lol. Missed this one very much.

4/14 of the ElBo ‘14 Devan, Kai, me, and Adrian (whom I haven’t seen in about a year!!!!)

And of course, a mini II-08 St. Relindis ‘11-’12 reunion kind of happened (sans the debutante though). THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BOMB. (Warning: loads of photos ahead)

We imitated our former teachers’ fave poses! Haha always a good time with this bunch.

The food was good, we loved the blueberry cheesecake from the dessert bar, and cocktails were served during the entirety of the event (tipsy (some drunk) people everywhere and it wasn’t even the afterparty yet). Yes, there was an afterparty which was held at Raven in BGC, although I no longer attended that one because 1) It wasn’t my scene. #thelolalife 2) I was hella sleepy & tired. #thelolalife 3) I had no transpo bc strict parents. Lol #onlychildprobs

Nonetheless, I had a fun time and a good laugh with old friends!
