Preference 36. Road Trip's
Niall:
Rome, Milan, Naples, Turin, Palermo, Genoa, Bologna, Florence, Bari, Catania, Venice, Verona, Campobasso, Scandicci, Rho, this list could’ve gone on for days. You marker all the cities on the map pinned to the top of your old car. You both lay underneath it, feet over the front seats, heads resting on your small duffle bags that you limited yourself to. “Where to next, my dear?” Niall says quietly, with the faint bit of light coming in the car windows, rest over both your bodies. “I think we let the road take us.” You whispered, back. He giggled next to you, as you turned your head toward him, “Way to be the most cliche of people we are. Laying in the car, watching the sunset, ‘Letting the road take us’,” he chuckled a bit more, “I think I could do this cliche love thing.”
Louis:
Seemingly endless nights of concerts with Louis made up the foremost, greatest summer you’d ever had. Your summer was to consist of nothing but going to concerts with your erotic boyfriend, Louis. You guys went to any concert you could find, that had cheap tickets. Most of the bands you had never heard of, and you made sure to go to a few of your favorites, and of course a 5 Seconds of Summer concert. Lets just say your iTunes music bill, was almost as large as the food bill for the whole road trip.
Liam:
“Oh my God, (Y/N), we have to see the world’s largest ball made of twine!” You heard your boyfriend squeal in delight from the desk in the front window of the motel room. You almost choked on the toothpaste currently in your mouth, when you couldn’t help but snicker at Liam. You finished brushing your teeth, and walked up behind the chair he was sitting in. You watched him circle almost every attraction listed in your United States brochure. He was way too excited. You kissed the top of his head, “Whatever works for me, babe.” You say, before grabbing both the duffles off the bed, and flopping onto the solid bed.
Harry:
The pier, the roller coaster line, the bookshop, the mall, the general store, the coffee line, it didn’t matter where you went around the country, you always saw him. You’d see him standing on the pier at Brighton, looking across the water as if he was waiting for something to float towards him. You’d see him at Alton Towers, in Staffordshire, pushing around some guys as they raced towards the turkey leg stand. You’d see him at the starbucks, located all over. You saw him snuggled into an old chair, reading a book in Bedford. Finally, it was time you talked to him. You grabbed a coffee for yourself, and a latte how he has ordered it several times in the past few weeks, from the small cafe, and walked over to him. You set his drink on his side of the table separating you two. He didn’t look up, so you cleared your throat, “Um, excuse me?” You barely made out. He smiled up at you. “Hey! You are that girl I keep seeing all over!” He blurted. You nod. “Since we keep seeing each other, I thought I would introduce myself, I am (Y/N).” “Harry.” He peeped, snuggling into his jumper. “Well, where are you headed next on your adventure, Mr. Harry?” you questioned. “Back to London, for a few days at least.” You giggle, “That’s where I’m headed too.” He smiled, shyly. “Well, (Y/N), maybe we should start scheduling these meetings. Give us a break from our friends.” You nodded “Well thats the excuse I’m gonna use.” He muttered under his breath.
Zayn:
All your friends were passed out in the backseat of your car, except Ace. He was passed out next to you. You parked the old car next to the gas pump, before scrambling off the leather seats, and into the ladies restroom. You quickly finished, wanting to get back on the road. You were checking out with your peanuts, water, slurpee, and gas, when you feel a body hit you from behind, knocking you into the front of the counter. “Sorry,” the stranger mumbled “Sorry, I just am freaking out cause I have to get back into the city, and I can’t get a ride, and I just ugh, sorry.” He rambled on quickly, before scratching his neck “Sorry, you probably didn’t want to hear all that.” You were speechless, as you held your stuff in your hands. “Um, if you want, I’m headed into the city.” You offered, as he turned away. “Really? I’ll pay you, plus pay your gas. Whatever you want, please, please, please?” You nodded your head for the boy to follow him. He laughed as Ace almost fell out of the car, only he seatbelt holding him in, without the door to hold him up. You tried to wake him, but that didn’t happen, so Zayn, you learned by his name, grabbed his arms, as you grabbed his ankles, and you fit him in the backseat somehow. Jack, Tabby, and Lizzy, were not gonna be happy to have Ace sleeping on top of them, but you would deal with them later. Zayn and you hopped in the car and got on the road. In the few hour drive, you really got to know each other. When you went to drop him off at his destination, he left you with his number, and a kiss on the cheek, that would never let the smile drop off your face.
A/N: Feedback? xx.
