Actually, just a quarter of one, around 2p. Felt nice for a couple hours. I got thru writing most of a song, got an idea for another lyric, then I wasted too much of my afternoon. Feel that hangover depression and fuzzbrain late this evening.
So all those fave substances are out for me this year. 👍 I'm great with that.

Doing 50 high-knees (the one-two of getting each knee in the air counting as ONE) kicked my ass (literally) last evening. Will be doing more of those.
