To fellow systems out here can you please answer or maybe interact with this post or just say some opinions or your own experiences with what I'm about to ask below?
I am a bit lost (as usual) and I haven't seen my therapist due to what's happening with the world and all.
Does anyone else here experience something like this:
Scenario 1,
You are presenting something, maybe in the class, in front of many people. You do not feel any sort of anxiety. You feel very calm as you are used to speaking in front of many. You are very well prepared. But then you find your hands physically shaking? And sometimes you feel that your body is sort of vibrating too like how it feels when someone is nervous? You even try to control your voice because there are signs that your voice would be shaking. This is extremely unusual because you know that you can speak well and you are used to such activities.
Scenario 2,
You are walking at the mall and you're happy to be there because you will be buying something that you really want. When you arrive at the store and you need to sign some papers or present your card/money/identification, your hands visibly shake? However you are not feeling nervous at the moment.
Is this co-con? The influence of another? I'm terribly bad with inner communication so I'm lost.
