Chicken breast with salt pepper and creole seasoning w/ tarragon leaves and some onion powder. I dare you to try it!!! I also added rice in the last 20 minutes of the overall one hour and 20 minutes and mixed it in with the butter and a quarter cup of water that was already in there. I put aluminum foil over it. The rice seasoned itself. 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Whole family loved it
