Last night @jeffersonhumanities I spoke about my experience as a cancer patient with my class of med students. While prepping I read through my Lust for Life List. Proud to say, I do a lot of this stuff on the weekly/monthly basis. Glad for all my friends and family. Thanks to everyone that has leant a hand, given advice and inspired me to keep pushing myself. I dont say it enough. This lady not only colours my world, but she rocks it too. I have been working on my fitness for the past 4 weeks as part of a 12 week transformation process for myself. My wife has been out buying all the required foods. She has been pre-cooking and prepping all my meals.
