Happy Tender Tuesday my wonderfully wonderful friends. Sometimes when life keeps handing us lemons, and we find ourselves a little on sour or on the bitter side from recent experiences, we can forget that how we act, think, behave etc. is going to come back to us. We get stuck in a spiral of negative thoughts and feelings waiting for something to shake us out of it and not realizing it’s actually our job alone to change the downward spiral we have trapped ourselves in. And I know the struggle trust me. It’s not always easy to climb out of the pits we dig ourselves into sometimes. As a matter of fact it can be so daunting we don’t even want to try. So don’t. That’s right. Don’t even try. Instead just focus on the things right now you can be grateful for. Maybe the sun is shining, maybe you got 3 green lights in a row, maybe your website is finally running glitch free, maybe your kids helped clean their rooms last night 😏😉... doesn’t matter how big or how small start with taking 15-30 minutes of really truly being grateful. Write them down, say them out loud; whatever you need to do to really let yourself feel it. Focusing on gratitude will create abundance in your life and before you know it you will be standing high above ground and will have totally forgotten that dark hole you had been in not so long ago. Start small, keep it simple but don’t just sit and do nothing. The Universe will bless you with what you put out so make it count.
