Well, I did ask someone out recently. I asked her opinion of me, checked my wallet to see if I had cash, then asked them out on a date. She said no, but if she had said yes, then I would of asked her where she wanted to go, such as the cinema and a meal afterwards. It takes some courage and won't happen immediately, but I'm pretty sure it works. Good luck.
