you snuggled deeper into your fluffy blankets as you enjoyed your sweet dream.

however, your dream was interrupted when you suddenly heard not so soft bass sounds.

you slowly opened your eyes only to be greeted by an empty spot beside you.

Giwook was staying over at your house for a week before your school trip to London. it was for your student exchange programme.

and since you were going to be overseas for 10 days, Giwook thought it would be great if he could spend some time together with his girlfriend. he was sure his clingy self was going to miss you so badly.

you stood up from your bed and looked at the time. 2am. you then slowy headed to the sound of the bass.

Giwook was in the living room, he was leaning on the sofa as he sat down on the floor with a bass guitar on his lap.

you rubbed your eyes and chuckled. "you're really excited aren't you?". you teased.

Giwook went a bit off tune as he was shocked by your voice.

he rubbed his nape and put down his bass aside as he stretched his legs.

"sorry babe, did i wake you up?". Giwook asked cutely as he called you over .

you chuckled and nodded your head. "kind of,". you responded as you sat in between his legs.

Giwook rested his chin on your shoulder and gave your cheek a soft peck.

"sorry, i just couldn't sleep well because the idea just came and i was afraid i would forget it in the morning.. but i've finished recording it now, don't worry.". Giwook explained.

he was a truly genius musician. his producer name was CyA, pronounced as Key Ah. and you really enjoy all his works. Giwook really appreciate you for supporting his dream as a musician.

Giwook played with your hair as you leaned in your back closer to his chest.

"you wanna tell me what suddenly gave you the inspiration?". you asked as you played with his sleeve.

you couldn't see him but his ears went bright red. no matter how much time you've spent together, Giwook was still a cute shy boy.

Giwook cleared his throat and chuckled awkwardly.

"it's cringy but.... you were my inspiration.". Giwook whipered softly.

you giggled and hugged his arm. "really? what did i do?".

Giwook bit his lips and hesitated for a bit .

"you looked really cute when you sleep. and i feel happy everytime i see you in a calm state. it makes me happy how you are always smiling around me. i'm happy i could make you happy. so i wanted to write something to express my feelings.". Giwook explained in his soft voice.

you smiled widely and turned to peck his cute lips quickly before turning back around. you hugged his arm tighter and snuggled your head into his shoulder.

"you're that whipped for me huh? it's okay, i'm just as whipped for you...". you softly whispered.

Giwook smiled at your words and closed his eyes to enjoy the moment.

"OMG ONEWE IS HAVING A COMEBACK SOON????? Regulus was so good! I can't wait!!! 😄😄😄😄😄"

(yesterday, suddenly, out of nowhere)

"😌😌😌😌😳 SHIT I FORGOT"

(aproximately 3:39 later)

"This song is so good!! Another gr8 song from a gr8 group, just as we would expect 😌 (also I didn't know Mamamoo was from this company? You learn something new everyday 🤷)"

(after promptly going to Spotify to save 3/4 (expecting that there might be some B-sides, since 1/4 and 2/4 both consisted of a title track and 2 B-sides))

"... Oh, it's just a single. That's too bad :( But I'm grateful for what I have at least! I'll just have to be contented with Q until the next comeback... at least it's really good!"

(Just now, after discovering that they'll be releasing ONE by the end of May)
