I totally forgot to post this earlier but two of my ONFORM drawings were featured in “Das Zeichenbuch Mit Dem Blob” by @karolinepietrowski​!! 

The idea came from her weekly art challenges called @onformsketches that I used to participate in! :) It was an honour to be one of the forty-five artists to be featured in the book! What an awesome collaboration!!

An Inability

Shall I compare you to a winter’s night?

for you are cold. Your heart, if it ever did beat, must now be stricken with mould.

I don’t know the meaning behind your words, you say you hate me and wish to kill me in my sleep- yet as i attempt to leave, you weep!

Why is it your eyes choose to melt as quick as our quaint cell could open? Perhaps it is the heat of our passion that has the power to leave you broken.

Or is it love that imprisons you and me?

If it is then say it! Say you love me and i will forget! If you do I will be sustained so that I can live through the brutality of us.

And I will be content.

But you can’t. I understand because we are the same. We cannot say it as we have been hurt far, far too many times;

It’s an extreme, excruciating but exciting pain. Goodbye
