❝ time passes, people move…like a river’s flow, it never ends. ❞
legend of zelda starters. @enchantedcrimsongrace
They meet up like this from time to time. Ages pass and sometimes none. It’s funny how the construct changes depending on whose perspective one views it from.
“Feeling philosophical all of a sudden, Mari-san?” He casts his gaze towards her briefly before returning to the sprawling nightlife below them. “Did an old flame of yours return from the dead or something?” She’s always been the more emotionally charged one of the two.

“I am poking you.” The answer was simple and honest.
Munin’s reactions were....interesting. The tengu really didn’t expect to see such behaviour. Rather, he was hoping to see him jolt or scream at the sudden cold. This certainly went beyond his expectations.
Instead, he was the one who jumped at the feeling of the other’s lips caressing his fingertips. It was a silly scene, both of them standing there awkwardly blushing like a pair of idiots.
“I do not need them. I can adjust my temperature accordingly with my transformation abilities. Besides, it would not be as fun if I could not do this. Your reactions are entertaining, Munin.”

Candies were really good and they melted against his tongue–the sweet flavour danced and kissed the taste buds, which were on the verge to have an orgasm. Saisuke’s sweets were really the best, and he wanted to know where he had bought them…while his red eyes slid on the black lines of his book, while an ancient song was spreading around them–everything was so perfect!
But, as a light turned off in a sudden way, Munin had to spit the candy, while a strange awful taste wrapped his tongue. “What the…” His voice dyed, glancing at the tengu. He got up and got close to the other, sitting beside him, ran a hand along his leg, pointing to a precise part of his body.
“——What were you supposing to do?”
The candy was still in his hand. “Open the mouth, little bird, I’ve a gift for you.”
It was a lighthearted prank; surely it was to get back at all the times the raven teased him. The tengu stifled the laughter that threatened to bubble and overflow from his lips as Munin spat out the foul tasting food. Eyes trained on the inked letters but his ears listened to the irritation and confusion that lined the raven’s voice. There was a small part of him that regretted not setting up a recording device before hand. Maybe next time.
Soft footsteps muted against the plush rug neared him before the cushion next to him sank as did his heart. Munin wasn’t truly mad....was he?
His voice dripped with unmasked annoyance and...was that anger? The hand that glided up his leg sent an electric shiver down his spine, though his face did not betray his thoughts.
“I am merely reading, Munin.” The tengu asserted calmly despite the killer aura that threatened to engulf him. “Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of that flavour.” Saisuke kept his head down and eyes trained on his pages of the book.
